    You won't be able to build the trust and connection with your clients/customers that you could if you don't have a brand strategy.

  • Short answer. No.

    If you want your brand to kick some serious ass, you need more than just a pretty logo. You need strategy and intention behind it.

    I put a lot of effort and pride into the work I create, so I require that all clients go through the branding process with me to ensure brand continuity and a well thought-out and intentional design direction.

  • Depending on its size, a complete (branding + website) project can take anywhere from six to eight weeks to complete. Keep in mind that this can change depending on the volume of comments and replies, the features added, and the number of amends.

    Your welcome pack will include a detailed breakdown of the expected timeline.

  • Yes. To get started, I need 50% of the total project cost up front, then the balance paid before any files are handed over/website goes live. Depending on the size of your project, instalments can be arranged.

  • I use Squarespace for all website projects (including my own). I believe that Squarespace is an extremely user friendly platform and is perfect for most businesses.

    Your website will be designed and built especially for you, so there will be nobody in the world with the same website as you.

    In some instances your business might be suited better to a Shopify, Wordpress or Showit site. I’m more than happy to recommend a list of amazing web designers in these fields.

  • My services do not include domain registration or web hosting. I recommend keeping everything under one roof and using Squarespace for this. This really streamlines the process. Simpler, the better, right? They have competitive priced plans, and I’ll walk you through the process.

  • Absolutely! I’ve worked with brands from the UK and the US in the past and I am more than happy to accommodate timezone differences where needed.
